This is all great. However when will I be able to just use my machine. I have had silhouette 1-5 Curio 1 and mint but at the minute really struggling to do anything with my cameo 5 really regretting the purchase. When is the upgrade fix going to be fixed, I am becoming disillusioned with your company after singing it praises for many years and countless recommendations to friends. I surely cannot be the only one still having issues 😢

well I bought the Cameo5 7 months ago and the pinch roller (left side) broke down. I couldn't find any replacement and i found many people with the same issue they have either left pinch roller or right...i tried to contact silhouette customer service but they are so bad it's been 3 weeks now going to 4 and haven't heard anything from them yet. my cameo now is just sitting on the table useless. so i don't really recommend

Is this the same as having multiple mats in Design Space? My file will not fit all the elements on one mat in Design Studio. How do you get the whole design on several mats?

This is fascinating - I love the Silhouette Studio software - it's the winning factor for Silhouette machines - I love the creative freedom and not being restricted to store designs. I've been using it since the very first machine was released. Please could I request a feature? Once I've paused my machines, in the event I haven't loaded properly or spot a mistake, I'd really like a stop/cancel button on the software because I sometimes want to abandon the cut and change my settings.

Why cant they make a deep point blade for carriage 2?... it has useless 5000 gf.. carriage 1 is only 210 gf atleast.

Estas máquinas son muy costasas, las usas 2 o 3 años y empiezan a dar problemas. AHI ES CUANDO TE DAS CUENTA DE QUE NO SE CONSIGUEN LOS REPUESTOS PARA PODER REPARARLA, Y TIENES QUE VOLVER A COMPRAR OTRA MÁQUINA NUEVA UNA ESTAFA!

I feel like scammed! I bough the machine because of this advertisement, in reality, its gonna mess first before it cuts the material.

this doesnt look real.. I wish silhouette would create deep point blade similar to cricut for their carriage 2. Kraft blade is pretty useless, if not, its gonna throw away most part of the materials before it gets the job done with so much mess.

Make a usable software please

Hello first I am grateful for the video, well I am a silhuete customer in Brazil mercosur and unfortunately I do not find A4 base for curio I have already purchased 3 silhuete machines and I see neglect here with the lack of this A4 base from curio, as a loyal customer for years. I ask that if you have this a4 base there in the USA .please send it to me in earnest. It would be a way for me to be more relaxed.

Software used please? As for handwritten I did this when I was 18. Over 50 years ago. Used to make hand created signs for businesses way back then.

I can t download the Software svg Files (Autocad, productions software - software i using very often). Because my europeen Kreditcard not works in the USA. Thats why i not can use this stupid plotter. it s for nofing.

I collapse tool 1 and set it to no action And I try to use tool 2 But it keeps using tool 1 no matter what When I want it to use tool 2 And then it says “Incompatible material settings” Please select a action and tool that are compatible When I don’t want to use tool 1 I just want to use tool 2 Help it’s frustrating

This taught me absolutely nothing about embossing or the Cameo 5. It was a waste of 22 seconds.
